Sports Performance

Sports performance can range from increasing your 10K time, jumping higher on the basketball or volleyball court, finishing your first triathlon or marathon or running faster on the track, soccer field, football field or baseball field. If your high school athlete wants to succeed and be noticed and maybe earn a college athletic scholarship, nothing will give him or her the edge like personal training. My sports medicine background allows me to help people increase their performance and reduce the risk of injury.
