Personal Training

What is personal training?  Unlike showing up at the gym and being overwhelmed by all the machines and equipment, personal training is what is says: a unique, individualized plan created just for you.

Personal training can be for the beginner as well as the experienced and seasoned athlete. The beginner may be puzzled by where and how to start what can be a remarkable transformation. Others want to reduce the risk of injury or need to rehab following an injury or illness. Many want to lose  weight. Those already in good shape may need a jumpstart or a push to break out of a fitness rut. All need motivation and need to be held accountable.

My personal training philosophy begins with identifying a client’s unique goals. Together we build a plan that incorporates strength training, cardiovascular exercise and nutrition. The results can be nothing short of astounding.
